The pool and fitness room also exceeded my expectations. They were open early in the morning and stayed open until late at night, allowing me to fit in a workout or swim whenever it was convenient for me. I had a great experience at Ramada and would highly recommend it.

We stayed at a hotel located next to Bnianie Hauma, which was really convenient for exploring the city. The lobby and reception area were impressive, with beautiful roses on the tables. The staff were nice and gave great service, even helping with our luggage. Although the breakfast wasn't great, we enjoyed the yogurt and coffee. The free WiFi was a lifesaver, and there were nice shops for essentials and gifts.

The front desk staff were remarkably unfriendly and unhelpful.

As a budget traveler, I was pleasantly surprised by the Ramada Jerusalem Hotel. The location is great, with easy access to attractions. The reception staff efficiently handled large groups. The pools and concierge services were excellent. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating my family of three. The hotel also offers free parking and a delicious Israeli-style breakfast. All of this at a very reasonable price.
